FDP

We at MPGI organize various Faculty Development Programs (FDP) in order to provide faculty members with enough opportunities to pursue research and enhance their academic & intellectual skills.

Festival Celebrations

Festival celebrations are part of our working environment at MPGI as we are a firm believer that people are more than just professionals. We celebrate Holi, Diwali, Janmashtami, Dussehra, Basant Panchami any many more such festivals together. We invite family members of the employees, conduct icebreaker games, help them to socialize, know each other better and develop stronger working relationships.

Founders Day

MPGI celebrates the founders day each year as it is traditionally a very important day when management of the college, students, faculties, staff meet to commemorate those who founded the Institution and who have bequeathed resources to its development.

Motivational Sessions

In order to boost employees’ morale and confidence we invite motivational speakers to give an inspirational speech. The speakers energize our workforce and inspire them to do their jobs in a spirited manner.

Awareness Campaigns for Female Employees

Women safety awareness campaigns are organized on regular intervals to increase safety awareness, knowledge, skills and the importance of a safe workplace for women. This program also includes various health workshops such as awareness on Breast Cancer, PCOS, cervical cancers etc.
